Online Stock Trading

These days if you aren't online stock trading you are missing out. There are many online stock brokers out there to choose from.

A Few are:
ETrade
Scottrade
Ameritrade
Fidelity
Schwab
TD Waterhouse

But of all of these Scot trade get my vote as they have low cost trading fees and great customer support. Plus you can go into one of their local offices if you need assistance of any kind. I have been trading for years and tried many online brokers and found Scot trade to be the best. Don't just take my word for it as there are a lot of choices when it comes to online stock trading and onyl you can decide what broker is best for you.

Jim Cramer's Mad Money Stock Picks

Many stock investors out there watch Jim Cramer's Mad Money on CNBC. I tuned in last night to check out Jim's stock picks to see what all the hype was about. I felt like Cramer's Booyah and Skee-daddy, not to mention the sounds kept the show entertaining, but i did find some knowledge in his show. Mad Money does try to help you make money by giving you advice. The problem is that many people take his advice and run with it, many people don't go back and do their own research. While Cramer may get stock picks right he does get the wrong also, but if you do your own research you could end up on top and end up skipping over the losers he picks. My take is check out the show gain some advice but most of all do your own research don't BUY BUY BUY just because Jim Cramer says buy.

Stock Market Investing

Many people Invest in different things some in Real estate, bonds, mutual funds while others invest in stock. Stock Market investing can pay off big time, but it can also put you in the poor house. Just look at the big bust around 2000 right after the .com boom the stock market toook a dive and several peoples retirement with it. If you are going to invest directly in stock there are a few things you should do. First do your research even if someone has a hot tip, test it out see if the stock is really good or are you jumping on the money losing band wagon? Second make sure your broker isn't killing you with fees! Lastly don't trade on emotion. If you trade on emotion you will sell to soon or buy when you shouldn't.
